Default Payment Method

The default payment method will typically be the one initially added to your account. This will be the payment method that is automatically selected when making payment and the one that will be charged because autopay is mandatory. If you have more than one payment method added to your account, you can change your default at any time. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Payments section online or in your mobile app.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Click the text that reads Make Default in the bottom left-hand corner of the payment method you would like to make the new default.

 

Please Note: 

• Autopay is enabled and mandatory at Fairmont Privates School of Fresno. You will be asked to enroll when a payment method is added and will not have the option to turn it off.
• Only add checking accounts when adding a new bank accounts. Savings account are not compatible with brightwheel billing. 
• There are not any fees associated with the method of payment (ACH).
• There is a 2.9% fee associated when credit card is selected as method of payment.
