Updating Your Desired Autopay Method

Adding a new payment method will not automatically update your autopay settings. 

Make sure to click on the box "update your autopay settings" when adding your new desired payment method. If you forget to click the box, this means that your new payment method was added, but your autopay settings remained the same. 

 

The next time you log into your brightwheel account and click "Manage Payments" then "Payment Settings," you'll see a pop up to set your autopay. Here, you'll be able to choose/set your checking account as the autopay method.

 

Please Note: 

• Autopay is enabled and mandatory at Fairmont Privates School of Fresno. You will be asked to enroll when a payment method is added and will not have the option to turn it off.
• Only add checking accounts when adding a new bank accounts. Savings account are not compatible with brightwheel billing. 
• There are not any fees associated with the method of payment (ACH).
• There is a 2.9% fee associated when credit card is selected as method of payment.
